“MVT 3000 Glossy (LVGT 4SL)” is a machine of the “MVT” series designed to polish the “High-Gloss” panels after sanding. Model “MVT 3000 Glossy (LVGT 4SL)” will eliminate any marks left by sanding and smooth any imperfections left after sanding with the “SF” aggregates, using cotton wheels containing an abrasive wax.
This model is suitable for processing flat edges and it consists of four independent polishing units which are adjustable on three axes, in height, inclination and depth. This machine is capable of Industry 4.0 and it can be interlocked.
The machine has a “PLC” (“Programmable Logic Controller”) as a general automation control unit and a dedicated “PLC” on each individual unit.
FRAME AND CONVEYOR
“MVT 3000 Glossy (LVGT 4SL)” consists of a thick steel frame, designed to compensate vibrations and guarantee perfect stability even during the more demanding work phases.
The side guide keeps the part straight while running in the machine on a track – which runs on two interchangeable steel guides – with a steel chain, on which the pads covered in high-resistance rubber 80 mm wide are fixed. The motor power is 1.1 kW and the part running speed – electronically adjustable with inverter – can be set from 0.5 up to 15 meters per minute.
CONTROL SYSTEM
The control panel with the operative functions of the machine aggregates is managed over an electronic programmable unit with a 7 inches touch screen panel, which allows the set up of relevant working parameters, from the part running speed to the polishing units.
