„MVS“: profile sanders by Destefani

Giardina Group presents its new range of DESTEFANI profile sanders, machines that can be configured to satisfy the needs of all customers thanks to their modular structure: from the “entry level” version with four abrasive wheels up to the highest performing version equipped with 4 wheels, 4 tilting sanding units for flat or shaped parts and one oscillating unit for flat parts up to 200mm. Units for other dimensions and smaller units for surface sanding are available on request.

The ideal solution to obtain the best finish as simply as possible, using a fast and reliable machine to sand and finish any type of profile, frame or rod in wood, mdf or other veneered or painted materials.

The “MVS” can be incorporated into a production line or used as a “stand alone”. They are equipped with an electronic variable speed drive motor, worm drive, multiple rubberized belts also perfect for high speeds, upper pressers with rubberized wheels on ball bearings, side guides with horizontal and vertical positioning with rubberized wheels on ball bearings.

The ideal solution to obtain the best finish as simply as possible, using a fast and reliable machine to sand and finish any type of profile, frame or rod in wood, mdf or other veneered or painted materials. The nine “entry level machines” can be supplemented with additional units and assemblies for a “tailor-made” product.

The “DESTEFANI MVS” can be equipped with:
– abrasive belt sanding units for flat surfaces up to 250mm;

– abrasive belt calibrating units for flat surfaces up to 250mm;

– abrasive belt sanding units for flat and/or shaped surfaces from 80 to 160mm;

– abrasive wheel sanding units with or without automatic wheel wear balancing.
