“Robotech GS15 Doors” is a real system that includes two types of systems for automatic spraying of doors and panels.
“Robotech GS15 Doors” is designed for spraying any type of door, and any program, path or spraying parameter can be stored and recalled. A readout bar detects the dimensions and characteristics of the incoming door to properly organize the next steps in the process. Transport of elements to the painting area is provided by two motorized trays that are positioned so that one element can be loaded or unloaded even while the other is being painted. “Robotech GS15 Doors” can be equipped with various aggregates that increase its flexibility and productivity, including the automatic door rotation system, the brush for automatic gun cleaning, and the system for automatic loading of doors from the handling racks. The robot is normally installed in pressurized booths in conjunction with drying booths.
